This policy explains what information Peanut Detailing collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to schedule and do your detail.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and how you'd like us to contact you
  • The service address, where the vehicle is parked and any access notes
  • Your vehicle's year, make, model and size
  • The service, add-ons and dates you choose, and any notes you add

We don't collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

  • To review your request, contact you, and confirm your appointment
  • To send you a copy of your request and your booking confirmation by email
  • To find your address and do the work
  • To keep basic business records

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising unless you ask to hear from us.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Requests are stored in our Google account, using Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar. Google provides those services under its own privacy terms. Only Peanut Detailing sees your request. We'd only share it if required by law.

This website

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps tell real people from bots, and Cloudflare handles the information needed for that check under its own privacy terms. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts visits to our pages, such as which pages are viewed and on what kind of device. Cloudflare says it does not collect visitors' personal data. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information as long as we need it to serve you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless we need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the details below.

Children

This site is for adults booking service for their vehicles. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
